That’s why NJAWBO offers a variety of outstanding awards at both the Chapter and State level. We take the time to recognize our members for the contributions they selflessly make to NJAWBO and their community. This small but significant act helps us create an instant connection and relevance to the hard work all of us do throughout the year to make our businesses and our organization grow and develop.

Chapter Level Awards

The Chapters can recognize their members with these outstanding awards: Teal Heart, Businesswomen of the Year, and Rose & Scroll. Additional awards that also recognize contributions of Chapter members include Trailblazer, Notable Newcomer, Beacon of Light, and Service Recognition.

Nominees for the Nancy C. Righter Service Award come from each chapter’s Teal Heart awardees of the previous year. Each chapter may submit one nomination for the Business Woman of the Year and Rose and Scroll Award.
